We are a new company in this section on the market. Our first steps in it have begun since 2005 for the investigation of the market, in looking of suitable film advances for the implementation of business - ideas, generated, of our brain trust.
Our confidence to turn to you lies on the longstanding attempt of our team in the sphere of outsourcing and elaborating of profitable investing schemes for multitude of local companies as well such with international involvement. Our successful work of these projects as well as the chaotic exploitation of the business of real estates (a profit at any cost, without charging about the client’s interests and without any concept for the future) has made us to search other approach, a radically different than currently used of the other on the market. Тhe main goal of our efforts is to provide you better conditions for estimation and choice!
We really care about the confidence of our clients, so we will not hide from you we are a small company. We do not have as well developed network of brokers as the big players on the market, that “mash” everything on their way, without to keep any charge about the qualities of the product they offer to you. We do not spend spare sums for total promotions, aimed, to everybody and everything because we aim to seek individual decisions of each client so, as always making it in the area of outsourcing and the advisory activity. We do not sell ambitions and we do not promise the impossible! Because we know the business climate in the country and closely follow the courses of the Bulgarian economy and society, and this orders us to be realists. Bulgaria is a piece of heaven. It impresses with the beauty of azure, warm sea and the magnificent mountains covered with snow.
Although Bulgaria occupies only 2% of the territory of Europe it is generously gifted with natural landmarks and diversity of landscape, mild moderate climate, rich variety of flora and fauna, and abundance of curative mineral springs
Very beautiful and picturesque are the mountains of Rila, Pirin, Stara Planina, and the Rhodopes with their old forests, numerous caves, magnificent gorges, waterfalls and lakes.

Along the Black Sea coast there are also many opportunities for ecological tourism: the natural reserve of Kamchia near Varna, Atanasovo lake and Mandra lake near Bourgas and etc.
In Bulgaria there are numerous ecologically clean places, which have preserved their traditional appearance and genuine spirit. There one has the opportunity simultaneously to enjoy the marvelous Bulgarian nature and to share the preserved rich Bulgarian traditions and folklore. Elena and its region, Shiroka luka and its region, Melnik, Tryavna, Rupite, Kotel, Zheravna, Bozhentzi, Arbanassi, Kovachevtzi, Koprivshtitsa are only some of those places.
